1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using INVOITOMATE (“Service”), operated by ZOK Labs SMC Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
INVOITOMATE provides invoicing automation, order sync, tax calculation, and related tools for marketplace sellers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or others’ use of it. You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of any marketplace platforms you connect (e.g. Back Market, Amazon, eBay). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section.
5. Payment and subscription
Paid plans and prepaid balances are governed by the pricing and billing terms displayed at signup and on the Service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data received from third-party marketplaces or for your use of generated invoices in your business.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
